I ordered a dozen roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day a day prior to it. Green Garden charged my credit card but on Valentine's Day, my girlfriend did not receive the flowers! I called the florist and they claimed that the delivery truck was in an accident and they could not deliver any flowers. I asked them WHEN they were going to call me and tell me this so I could have made alternate arrangements. They had no answer for this but they offered to refund my charge account. I checked my account online a week later and they have not given me a refund. I called them and they refuse to refund my money and have offered me a "free" bouquet. I am not interested in working with a business who DON'T deliver what they sell, yet charge you for it!
They're the best florists I have ever seen! Their arrangements and bouquets are amazing! They have great customer service, nice and clean store! The first time which I tried their store I was in rush and I just wanted to spend something around $30, but they gave me gorgeous bouquet that worth around $45-$50! Everybody loved it!
Don't go to this flower shop. The service is horrible! The flowers and arrangement is terrible. I pre-ordered a dozen long stem roses for Valentines day ($72). They said they can put it in a very nice box for $20. They also charged me $3 for the white flower that is usually paired with Roses. Come Valentines day, they are so busy with walk in customers they completely ignore people trying to pick up their orders. After 30 minutes of trying, I finally get my flowers. Remember that very nice box they promised? They had my flowers in a broken white box that was falling apart. They had taped the box closed and TAPED ribbon onto the box. They couldn't even wrap the ribbon around the box. They just taped a single strand on top. The flowers inside the box were just thrown in there, 6 facing up and 6 facing down. The quality of the roses was poor. One of the roses wasn't even a long stem and was almost wilted away! And the white flowers I paid extra for? Missing
