Unfortunately, the minimum number of stars is 1 because I would have given ZERO star to this insurance agent if possible. They are definitely the WORST Desjardins insurance agent that I could have found to do my auto insurance. I highly recommend to pick another agent or move away from them. They provided me a quote without asking some important insurance risk questions. Price was good! I ended up going with them. 3 days later I got a letter from Desjardins reviewing my premium as some info had
