    bad experience wi...

    bad experience with the appliance warehouse. mario came out twice to repair my washer, replacing the clutch both times. he did not check or test anything before or after, just replaced the part. the problem persisted. when I advised him it was still not working he became difficult and accusatory. I called another company to resolve. it turned out to be the lid switch - which we asked mario about on multiple occasions and he dismissed. very disappointed by the incompetence and rough treatment.
