    My appointment was set for an hour from the time I made the call. he was right on time, I was very surprised. the price was as he toeld me over thw phone I agreed and he went to work. He finished up in a little over a half hour then let me know he was finished.liked this service so if I need another locksmith in the future I will call again. ty armstrong locksmith

    Very bad experien...

    Very bad experience. If you do call them, ask for an exact breakdown of costs an services, then a total. And, record your conversation. Contractor came to the wrong house first, in an unmarked car, did not offer ID, and tried to upsell the minute he got to my door. He said our lock was old and he had new ones for over $100. I insisted that i was only interested in rekeying my existing lock. Then he said it was extra to install it after (a job i can do and did myself after). Then he said it was extra for a second key, though over the phone they told me the price was for two keys, and all locks always come with two keys. He did not have to cut a new key. What would he have done with the second key if I didn't buy it? After a cyclical conversation with the contractor he called his boss to speak with me. Neither of them were helpful or offered any solutions. Very poor customer service. We changed our lock again after he left. I would NOT recommend Armstrong to anyone.

    Would not use this company again. Good price on the phone quickly changed when technician arrived, and no receipt of payment provided.

    EXCELLENT Service!

    Such an amazing business. They completed their job perfect and punctually. My lock broke and they fixed it with no problem! I highly reccommend this service and they will not let you down! This has not been the first time I needed a locksmith, and last time that company didn't do too good a job. I wanted a new company that would not fail me, and sure enough, they provided the best service. Thank you!
