They will cancel your flights, not tell you that they cancelled them. Then, when you are at the airport, they will flat out tell you that because of a fault in their system, they can't do anything about it and that you should just reorganize your entire trip.
I needed to book a flight to Miami 5 days before boarding. I booked with Flight Network followed by immediately booking a hotel in the Miami area. 24 hours later an e-mail from Flight Network detailed the cancellation of my booking being no longer 'valid'. After calling Flight Network to inquire, they simply stated that someone else had booked I needed to book a flight to Miami 5 days before boarding. Now I'm out $500 in hotel cancellation fees. I won't be booking with Flight Network again
I booked with this company and two hours later had to cancel. First the rep argued and told me I would have to wait thirty days for refund as a business owner I knew this was not the case. She stated she had to talk to her "supervisor" she came back on the phone and said I would receive a refund in 5 business days. One weeek later I have a $1000 on my account. I called this org and was told the flight was cancelled by me? but only half so I have a flight for florida to toronto although I live in toronto. I have been in discussions for endless hours and although I have proof they made an arror (phone records to their office at time of cancellation and no calls to Air Canada) Credit card company can't help either so long story short I have $1000 tickectan't use and they dont care!!!!
