A total waste of time. If these people contact you out of the blue about a vehicle that you have for sale treat them with extreme skepticism or better yet dont respond.
they weren't supportive that much and not good follow up.

A bad experience with them.Their ad on Autotrader for Audi A7 read:"..local vehicle...all service history available..."I was told" to protect previous owner's info, I can't have history"!I took VIN to Audi dealer and learnt the car was registers in Quebec and serviced in PEI.They're couple of thousands cheaper than local vehicles. I got a print of all the history as well.They sold the car to me with no front plate holder, and suggested to put the plate on the dash!Wasted my time about 2 weeks!
Best advice I can offer based on my experience is do _not_ accept any verbal agreements/quotes from this dealership, ask for EVERYTHING in writing, down to the most minute procedure and policy.
Escalation with dissatisfaction is dismissively treated.
