    I've been a client here for years. My doctor is compassionate and thorough. The reception and nursing staff are courteous and professional.

    Unprofessional. Cancel Doctors cancel Appointments the day of the appointment just because they have other cancellations and don't want to stay. When you cancel or forget, they want their money right away for missed appointment even if you had a valid reason beyond you just didn't care to show up.
