    Horrible customer...

    Horrible customer service. I went in with an idea of what kind of laptop I wanted to buy. I was hoping to buy one that was already in stores and was willing to pay a little more for it than if I were to have bought the laptop online. An associate began assisting me then told me he had to step away for a second. 30 minutes later the associate still hadn't returned and we had spoken to two other associates who didn't help us. I was ready to make a 3000$ purchase but left the store before I could since no one was helping me. I called to make a complaint later and another associate took down my information and told me a manager would call me later in the evening. I received no call. I tried to call back the next day but the lines were busy all day. Don't ship here, buy online instead.

    DO NOT BUY extend...

    DO NOT BUY extended warranty from this store!!! If you would like to purchase something from best buy, buy it online if possible! If you would like to purchase it immediately, go to a different store! FARA (one of the managers), will give you the hardest time ever! She will say something to an associate, confusing them and making them do a different way of returning products, when other stores like SOUTH KEYS or maybe even Coventry are so much nicer and have done it over the counter!
