    Said 3 weeks to fix my nail gun. Has been over 3 weeks and nothing has been done to it and im told theres many work orders still before mine gets done.

    I understand your nailer did take 3 days over the 3 weeks to be completed and we are very sorry for that delay but it is VERY untrue that we had done nothing in that time frame. Your tool was fully assessed and parts were ordered and had arrived hear waiting for the repair to be completed the day you called us. We have a high volume of tool repairs with only one technician as it is a dying trade. We complete everything in order of arrival and your tool was behind a few people when you called.

    Pathetic! Issue with Briggs&Stratton(Yard Works)mower was never really resolved. Mower was spewing black smoke, took the machine in..apparently fixed,($100 later) worked for two months,Carb gasket was changed and they suggested that I buy a new one!! It is now recently back to the same issue.Mower won't start after I had cleaned the carburator myself,checked the plug,emptied the fuel tank...to no avail.Even Youtube can't provide the answer as is claimed. Really????
