Went because of an issue with a recent purchase and he would do nothing to correct it. Instead tried to make me look foolish like someone who knows nothing about models, etc. In the past, have shown him models I made so he was aware of my level of experience. Have gone to buy paint, etc. from him for years. I will not go there anymore to be insulted, etc. Feel let down.
Terrible customer service. If ever there was a reason to ignore the support the local hobby store, this establishment is it. Called ahead to ask if a part was in stock. It was! Great - I asked to have it held until I could pick it up just prior to the store closing. I drove 45 min from Stouffville, racing rush hour traffic to make this happen. On arrival, I find out the sold the part & didnt have any more in stock. Do not shop here. Lies & rude proprietors do not work in my books.
They have almost every part you need and are a great help at making sure everything will work. Paul the owner is a great help.
I have never been so mistreated in the store in my whole life do not go to the store and less you want to be ignored and then when you find out what you want to have he won't sell it to you

Lot's in stock but very rude Service. Save yourself the aggravation & shop elsewhere. If someone comes into the store that's willing to spend more money they will leave you standing there. The owner of the shop will flat out tell you he has no time for you if your just browsing. Good luck to anyone who does business with this store.

The owner nand employee are very nice and helpful to me. Good prices and amazing stock. Everytime I go he has what I want.
The owner is generally very rude. I've had enough and I now drive out of my way to avoid doing business with him.
Poor service, horrible attitudes, they expect you to know everything about the rc you have, new employee working with his hat sideways...guess we are in oshawa. 80 percent of the clients are drug addicts or rednecks. I don't see this store lasting much longer with reviews like this and people buying online for cheaper pricee and less hassle from these goofs.
If your looking for poor attitude an even poorer customer service this is your place to shop. The younger gentlemen is shockingly rude while the older gentleman is rather nice and easy to talk to . All tough a clearer understanding of parts is a must
If you like things behind glass and poor service then this is your place. take the drive to pinnacle hobby
Unfortunately poor service is all that's to expect here.Stock is average but your not allowed to touch merchandise prior to buying.The store has a sign on the front door stating students are not allowed in.That pretty much sums it up.Look elsewhere for a hobby shop or you will be very disappointed.
Great Hobby shop! I have been dealing with them for only a month. Yes the one gentleman is odd, but shop there more than twice and he is a great guy. The other gentleman that runs the shop is extremely nice and easy to talk to. This is my go to Hobby Store for my RC aircraft. Spektrum Dealer!!!! RC pilots and drivers need to check this store out. Tell them Scott sent you!
Owner is extremely rude. Been to many hobby shops in the Durham area... this is by far the worst!!
