    Samsung Warranty repair: after a referral from Samsung, it was very difficult to get any information/updates from Hank's. after a week of trying to get updates,they texted 20mins before arriving.The tech diagnosed the issue to be something else which was not under warranty and quoted $282 for diagnoses & aprox $800 repair.this after i already and a pro service tech already diagnosed the issue to be the compressor. Hank's will charge you for other things not broken on your appliance. BeCareful!

    Called Samsung regarding our stove and they asked us to inquire with Hanks Logistics. One person came to check the stove, he just looked/stared at the stove and told us it would take around 360 dollar to fix which we didn't agree with and we said we would rather buy a new one but then they charged us 99 dollar+tax just for their visit. they never told us anything about any visiting charge before otherwise we would not even tell them to come. I would never recommend Hanks Logistics to anyone.

    Had an issue with our Samsung range. Sidney from Hanks appliances arrived within a couple of days of reporting our problem with Samsung and was very professional repairing our range quickly. He answered a few questions we had about our new range and was very personable. Would highly recommend this company!

    Top notch!

    I can highly recommend Hanks Appliance in all respects. From prompt scheduling of appointments, to keeping me up to date on when to expect the service call during day of the service call, to follow up on repairs, persistence with troubleshooting and above all: Listening to the customer. I am very impressed. Congratulations on your excellent service operation.

    Dishwasher recall

    If anyone needs something done dealing with appliances, look no further than Hank's. There was a recall on my dishwasher, called on Saturday, and had it replaced on Tuesday. Hardly any waiting time at all. And if you're lucky, you will get their repair man, Joe to assist you. He was on time and did the job right and very personable. And dealing with the service department was a joy also, very friendly and willing to help> Keep up the good work Laura

    I was in a big mess.......

    I overloaded my washer, which was a stackable, and broke the washer. Wasn't worth fixing. Hank's provided me with a re-furbished washer, dryer, and I got an amazing deal on a fridge for my kitchen. They are removing my old one's too! Great people, great price! Thanks!
