I recently booked a family vacation to Jamaica with Erin at Kemp Travel. Both the trip and service were incredible. We were upgraded to ocean view at no charge which was above and beyond our expectations. Then when a work emergency occurred last minute, Erin helped me change my flights and sorted out an airport transfer to ensure I could join my family as quick and easy as possible a day later - no questions asked. I will definitely be booking my next vacation with Kemp Travel!

I would never in a million years recommended Kemp Travel service to anyone! The customer service that Erin provided is down right awful! She was rude, snobby and had no idea what she was doing. Very unprofessional. Thanks for wasting my time!
