Same Day Factory Outlet

We are extremely please with our purchase from Sameday Factory Outlet. They were helpful with the measuring of our windows and the countless samples were amazing. It was nice to see all of our options before hand. Due to the many options we were able to choose the perfect colour of blinds to suit our home. I went into their showroom with a quick 5 minute job and left behind my blind for repair. They were nice and polite. They took my name and phone number telling me they would complete it by the afternoon and call me. I did not receive a phone call. I called back. My job hadn't been started and would not be gotten to that same day. I went back and picked up my blind to take somewhere else. If I could not trust them with a quick 5 minute job... how could I trust them with anything bigger!

Purchased custom made blinds for our condo on May 26-16. Found their service Rep to be pleasant and informative. They measured the windows at no charge and we found the installation to be very professional. It is now Aug. 2017 and we have had no problems at all.
