Exceptional knowledge and service!

I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about. This place is incredible!!! No other stores in the area even WANTED to touch my car but these guys came through with amazing results! Full sound system with navigation and bluetooth installed professionally (looks original) flawless install with no marks or nicks on my car. AND full vehicle security with remote starter seamless integration and everything works PERFECTLY. (even when I took the vehicle back to the Porsche dealer for maintenance they commented on how impressed they were with the installations)

Horrible Service

Ultimate Car Audio in Oshawa is NOT a professional car installation business. Their customer service is the worst I have encountered. Be prepared to leave their shop with a dozen amateur mistakes such as: Improperly wired speakers Blown rear speaker Busted trim clips Dash not re-assembled properly Bits of cables all over floor mats Connections not properly working such as USB/AUX This is just a few of the things from a basic amp installation I had encountered. After speaking with Craig the owner and expressing my dissatisfaction he did nothing to resolve the situation. I rated this business one star only because I had too... If you want a professional installation done for your car, this is not the place to go. Beware!
