Management treats residents poorly. I had valid concerns and they tried to make me feel bad about wanting to resolve these concerns and even tried to tell me I was using a rude tone of voice (I was using a professional/"customer service tone") and inappropriate language (I wasn't). My concerns included: staff members having walked into my (and my roommate's) bedroom without even knocking, housekeeping of common area not being carried out at all (though included in lease), among other things.

The construction noise is so loud at starts every day at 7. Woke up to the sound of construction every morning frustrating especially if you work a little late into the evening and need an extra hour of sleep. There was constant drilling noise and there is a building being built directly in front of it and is definitely not worth the price. Had to go to campus so early to not hear it and stay there literally all day...you can't sit in your suite and study/relax at all.
