    GREAT SERVICE

    I was so impressed from the service I received from Bemac in 900 clyde ave, it was fast and totally didn't expect my car looked like new when I picked it up from repair. It was clean inside and out, and they even replace the car logo, so pleased with the service from Jamie and all the staff there, thanks much guys!!!!

    Good quality work with average customer service

    I brough my vehicle over and immediately received an estimate to replace my bumper. They definitely looked busy with lots of vehicles being repaired. We discussed the work schedule and agreed that their shop could source a bumper and paint it in advance so my vehicle could be fixed in one single day. I dropped off my vehicle the evening before the scheduled day and returned to collect it at the end of the day... My vehicle was not ready. The bumper was just painted that day, the guy I made the arrangements with was not around and my vehicle would not be ready until the next day. What can you do? The next day they called to say the vehicle was ready. I am pleased with the work they did. The repair was simple (paint and replace a bumper) but the results are good. They also cleaned the inside of the car which was a nice touch (not sure if that was to make up for the late delivery). If they had been able to complete my car on schedule as agreed, (or had the courtesy to call me to explain the vehicle would take longer) I would have rated them higher.
