    Disastrous product. Disastrous customer service.

    If you're looking for a mattress, look elsewhere. After receiving a faulty product, I'm still stuck trying to get them to make good on their 'so called warranty'. Before going, just try calling the store to get someone to answer the phone!! This location on Hunt Club is a disgrace and is managed terribly. Go to mattress mart or somewhere else. TRUST THE REVIEWS! Just a shame as it's a Canadian company.

    Just had a great experience purchasing a fridge and stove from this Brick location. Products look and work great, delivery was right on time and customer service was excellent overall. I am a happy customer and will be back!

    Worst experience ...

    Worst experience ever! From the moment I walked out of there, to two months later trying to deal with them charging extra to my account. Customer service is horrible, they never answer their phone, manager never gets back to you, rude! Never deal with the brick or their credit service!

    Absolutely horrible customer service !!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE BRICK !!!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST RETAILER BY FAR !!!!BELIEVE ME !!!!!anything you buy they manage to mess it up somehow !!!from customer service to delivery ...all the worst !!

    Do not waste your...

    Do not waste your time to go there. I went there to buy a patio chair. It was the floor model and their last one. I find a way to talk to someone (and it took time!) and finaly they sent me a so called nice woman. I think the guy who said that was kidding me. The lady didn't waste her time telling us we were disturbing her, she just act like that. She was talking to us in completely disdainful way and up saying 'well don't buy it''. It's been 2 days and I still don't understand why a seller will

    By far the worst ...

    By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Here is a list of problems; 1. did not provided me with the products I paid for . 2. delayed the delivery dated do to some "warehouse problems " 3. No one answers the phones after trying for days 4. made me travel back and forth from Kanata to deal with issues 5. This operations manager has no people skills and is willing to treat her customers like they are stupid.
