Browns Shoes Bayshore Shopping Centre

The staff here are very friendly and attentive. I was instantly greeted when I walked into the store and then re-approached as I browsed around. The sales lady who helped me took the time to find the right size and style for me. She brought over several options until I was happy with the right one.

Very terrible service. Not greeted. Employees are busier talking to one another than helping. Had to ask for help. When I decided the shoes I was trying did not work and politely thanked the lady helping me she just grabbed the boxes and walked away without acknowledging me, thanking me or saying bye. Sorry you didn't make a sale but no need to be rude. Also, you can give people some privacy instead of hovering right by me while I'm trying out. I will not run away with the shoes on. HORRIBLE

I have never felt as unwelcome as I did at the bayshore store. Don't ask any questions of the sales team. They will make you feel like they want you to leave
