    Prompt, courteous service.

    Had a gas dryer go down before Thanksgiving. Dale was honest about timelines and after consultation was quick to turnaround the installation of a new motor on budget. Recommended.

    excellent service

    I agree with previous review that Dale was professional and friendly. He was able to service my washing machine after doing some online research first, as my machine happened to be an uncommon foreign brand name. He was efficient and once on site did a good through job. He even gave me some tips on how to better use my washer and dryer to save energy and future aggravations. His rates are very reasonable. Very pleased; would use his services again.

    Complete Stove Repair

    Very prompt and polite service, He repaired my 12 year old Kenmore stove, new elements, plus one new stove top burner. Very satisfied, works like new!!

    Refrigerator repair

    I phoned Dales Appliance repair when my refrigerator broke down a few weeks ago. I was very pleased with the fast response time and the friendly manner of Dale. He determined the problem quickly and the repair costs were far less than I expected. Honest repairs with friendly service, I would certainly call on his services in the furture for any appliance problems.

    The company called 30 minutes before the appointment to say they don't know how to change the glass top on my range as they can't find the service manual online. I have the glass top to be installed on the range. Very disappointed in this company as they set up the appointment for a Saturday and now I'm not able to get another company for a few days. They knew for a week they didn't have a service manual, they should have called earlier.
