Absolutely horrible drivers. They are driving kids with special needs and they hire people that act unprofessionally? The Ottawa school board needs to rethink who they hire to drive special needs kids.

Where do I even begin? The vans are digusting, often miss basic things such as seatbelts, try to put more kids in the vans then can fit, the drivers are rude and speak little to no English, and the vans are often literally falling apart. Never trust your kids with this company.

They are very unreliable, the minivan just didn't show up in the morning to pick up my child. I called them but they were not even able to contact their driver (this is what they claim), so they were not able to give me an explanation.

Horid - do NOT trust your children with them

Oh wow where do I start ... they are a disgrace and I would NEVER trust them taking my children to and from school. She shows up today in a van with next to no rocker panels, she drives over the curb, slams on her brakes while the whole van does a face dive! The tires are BALD (it is raining today), and when I ask her a question she ignores me! But yet I am suppose to trust her with my children's lives ... she can't even drive!!!! Plus they show up with EXPIRED booster seats - NOT safe!!!

By far the worst ...

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They provide van service for my children's school district. In three years they have maybe gotten my children to school on time 9 times... And even then by fluke. There have been times the van driver doesn't even show up. Most van drivers are rude and highly unprossional while driving the children holding personal conversations on their cell phones and even trying to bring the children into disputes with the company over the children being late every day. One van driver even called a parent names to child. Attempting to contact the company for resolution is a fools errend. You can expect to call four times to leave a complaint that nobody seems to hear well enough to remedy. It will take ten calls for that. Even then the relief is temporary. I have never had to deal with so much stress from one company before. If you are looking for a reliable, professional service this is not your company. A rating is required to submit a review, so please don't place any weight on that one star.
