    Customer Service is under-rated

    I have never actually written a bad review before but I am compelled to speak (or write) my experience here. I occasionally shopped at the Ottawa Intercosmetics location and until recently have always had a great experience with friendly and helpful staff, Sarah in particular. However, there is an employee at the front desk that has not been there long but I can tell you that I now avoid shopping there if at all possible. The customer service is atrocious, this person is rude and makes you very unconfortable. The last time I went in was the third time I was served by this person and each time has been worse than the last. Thankfully there are other beauty supply outlets in the area. Looking forward to returning once they have had some positive staff turnaround.
