    TL;DR: Customer service lacks ownership and willingness to help. We had to make two trips to return some curtains that were not a good fit for our home. During the first trip, my wife was denied a refund/exchange because the rep was too confused by some of the curtains being in the wrong bags. No resolution. A week later, she reorganized all of the curtains in their respective bags and even packed up the curtains we did like and that we didn't want to return. This was so that they could not de

    The company sold me a mattress topper that was 6 inches too narrow and 4 inches too short from he sizes they gave. Thanks nice opened it can’t be returned despite manufacturing defect proven with pictures and I could drive it to their store. Keep your money. This store is intentionally selling defective products not caring that their customers lose out on hundreds.

    I have worked at the Ottawa location and the entire place has no clue what they’re doing. Nothings where it belongs so it takes forever to find something. The managers talk outloud on the floor about employees. The turnover rate is extremely high. They talk shit about their customers based on how they look, and the few veteran employees are some of the nastiest women I’ve ever met. Vicious sharks, thats what we’re told to think of ourselves as. We have a 6000$ daily quota each and only make 1%

    Il semble que la culture de cette entreprise déteigne sur toute la direction et une partie des employés. Linen Chest entre-autre ne respecte pas la garantie sur leur produits maison. Contre la loi de l'OPC ils exige des frais de nettoyage professionnel et de transport pour faire évaluer un item défectueux sans même garantir que le produit sera réparé ou remboursé. Evidement leur exigences décourage les clients et ils abandonnent. Je présumes que leur but est atteint la majeur partie du temps
