dealt with Mike on the phone and he was very responsive. On the day of the move, Yusuf was the team leader and he and his workers did a great job. They were on time, were cordial and very hard working. They had furniture to pull apart and put back together which was not easy, but it was all completed to satisfaction.
Would NEVER recommend using those people! They were rude, unprofessional, dumped stuff right on the floor of the house. Furniture was wet from snow in the truck. One Arab guy was very disrespectful, we were going to call police. Unbelievably horrible experience!
By far the best moving experience I have ever had.They treated everything as fragile, Communication was great and also had affordable rates. Will definetly call them back again next time. Thank you Pronto movers.
The move was very easy from start to finish. There was clear and open communication with the office staff and no hidden charges. Movers were on time, careful and kept up a good pace.

Definitely NOT a company I would recommend. Once they arrived, they couldn't wait to finish. They broke things (and hid it from me), they dented the walls and bannisters, and put scratches on furniture. They even left garbage all over my front lawn. Not a professional moving company at all.
I used these movers for a business related job and although I can't say how the pick up went, the delivery of the item was done in an unprofessional manner. One of the three movers was rude, and said very derogatory comments to me(asking me about my ethnic background and then referring to a movie line that was specific to my cultural background in a poke fun way). I did not appreciate this. Extremely disappointed with their service
Wow... amazing movers, after we hired a "No Show" moving company we were lucky to be able to book pronto last minute, they showed up 3 hours later with 2 energetic movers and got the job done.
