When the hostess tells us that if we don't like our table we can always come back and move to the back of the line till something else comes up I knew we weren't off to a good start. fodd was all overcooked, don't these people know how to cook seafood, of course if all you're doing is tossing frozen food from a bag into a deep fryer...caesar salad, with no cheese or bacon?? The only saving grace was our waiter who did a fine job. Now i realize that this is Red Lobster but for the prices they are charging I expect a whole lot more.
This is a typical chain restaurant. The one thing that is never in doubt is the freshness of the seafood. It must be fresh as the turnover is high but, how a seafood restaurant can overcook every dish so badly that it has to be returned is beyond me. Not one dish, but all of them. The service by the teenagers working there is as can be expected by children that do not know the difference between bay scallops and sea scallops. When asked if it is east coast, west coast or farmed salmon the answer was "they have salmon farms sir?". It is OK if you are a fish and chip kind of person but if it is a taste of good seafood, do not come here.
Well, me and my collegues go to Red lobster one a week during our lunch break. The food is amazing!!!! The service is awesome too, we always get our drinks and salads 5 min after we ordered it, and we always get our meals 10-15 min after the salads. The service is REALLY quick and the waiter/waitress always seem to care if we needed anything else. Especially the waitress named Jessica, since we go there alot , she's been serving us for the 2 last times and she's great. So overall, it takes us 50 min to get our food and eat and to get the bill.
