Shoppers Drug Mart

When I came to pick up my prescription, the man who was at the counter was very rude and arrogant with me. He accused me of confusing him, because he could not find the drug and could not pay attention when I spelled my name for him about three or four times. I even used the phonetic alphabet, could not have been clearer! He raised the voice at me, saying something along the lines that he was trying to help me. Well, he may have been tired but he did not have to take it out on me.
