Grand River Nails

I had biogels done and all 10 were lumpy, uneven, crooked and not symmetrical at all. Two cracked within two days. When I expressed my disappointment I was told “no, they’re fine” and brushed off to pay. Contacted the salon a few days later and was refused a refund even though I had pictures and videos showing how awful they were. I had already gone to a different salon and had them removed and redone because they were too awful to keep.
