    very poor custome...

    very poor customer service. bought a dress off the rack, shoes and veil. put down payment of $400..changed mind,(yes it says final sale,) called and was told would lose $150 for storage, went up to see about another one, expected to get a store credit, had to fight to get the shoes, got them to the car, opened them and the glue was all over the white on the shoes. the woman said that is how they were when you picked them, took a toothbrush and soap to them, I left, a $400 lesson

    Had to get a ball gown altered. Had to keep calling to get it done on time but once it was done it fit perfect.

    VERY RUDE SERVICE

    I went to this store because my daughter was part of a wedding party. I had never been here before I had always delt with bridal shops in ottawa. I find that this store has VERY rude service and ask way too many personal questions and dont keep their nasty comments to themselves. If a bride chooses a certain color of dress the workers shouldnt comment on the color chosen by the bride, but this was done at this store. I was told that i looked like i was in a bad mood walking into the store by the owner!! I couldnt believe my ears. When i tried to explain the mixup in sizes in the dress that was ordered all she did was try and talk over me the whole time and was very rude. When the measurements were done my daughter tried on a sample dress and i told the worker that i wanted the same size dress that she had on. So she wrote down the size on my receipt and i initialed beside it. But i didnt exactly look at the tag inside the dress (now i realize that i should have) because she ordered a size smaller than the sample dress and because i initialed they made it look like my fault when all along the worker should have been the one to write down the size correctly. Now they reordered the dress and apparently its by express shipping its already been two weeks and now she tells me that the dress will be here the first or second week of july and the wedding is the second week of july and the dress still needs alterations on top of that and she didnt even offer them at a discount price if i were to get them done there, for the whole inconvenience. Her exact word were: "we never do alterations for free" this was said with attitude thrown in there. To sum this all up, I dont even know if my daughter is gona have a dress on time for this wedding. What a nightmare this is..i strongly recommend travelling the distance to ottawa for bridal shops. This was terrible!
