I am sad to say t...

I am sad to say that Hoshi is not what it used to be. The customer service has become atrocious. I just received a delivery order in which the soy sauce and tempura sauce were packed on the top of the main bag in small containers and the soup on top of the salad in the 2nd bag. All of the liquid had leaked from the containers on the top of the bag down onto the food below. This seemed like poor packing. When I called to complain they basically said :tough luck, delivery company's fault."

Best Japenese in Peterborough

You might think that you would be unlikely to find great Japanese food in Peterborough....think again. Great service, great food and they really appreciate your business. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

I have gone there every week or every other week...

I have gone there every week or every other week. I order different things and the food is fabulous. The service is good, considering they dont speak the language well. But they try and if they dont get the order right, which usually never happens, they take it back and bring you the right dish. I love this restaurant and the price of it is very reasonable for the amount of food!!

An amazing restaurant, cozy private booths and...

An amazing restaurant, cozy private booths and ambiant japanese music make it easy to escape into the beautiful atmosphere and hospitality of Japan. The food is beautiful and appeals to both the visual and the olfactory senses. I will definitely return here and will recommend Hoshi Restaurant to all of my friends.
