The new store is amazing. I don't have to drive to Oshawa or Toronto now to get my music gear fix. Same staff that was at Bud's pretty much so that it awesome. They even have a couch in the acoustic guitar room. Best music store in the area by far.

Was completely ignored in a quiet store, went to pay and a guy looking like the mananger picked up the phone instead of helping me pay. Toronto coldness doesn't work in Ptbo!

Way better since ...

Way better since taking over from Bud's. All the same great staff with lower prices and orders that come in quickly. Awesome store...can't wait for the move in the spring!

Staff not nearly as friendly or helpful since changing from Bud's. Disappointing.
