Front desk, pretests and consultation and testing is very professional. But, I think the Optical business in the waiting room area is convenient for some but Unethical all around. Doctor did not give me the perception. I had to go to the Optical for a PRINT OFF???? I stood there waiting for customers being served to leave. Imagine a GP sending you to a particular Pharmacy to pick up your prescription paper so you can take it to your favourite place? Doctor needs a pinter. Unethical.
