Very nice restaurant the environment was clean and they have a clean place. The food was excellent they have perfect taste, and so far this was the best hookah lounge that I've visited here in Richmond Hill. You too must try!!
We had a great night here. They gave us 100% satisfaction, from the food to the customer service its very nice. For sure you will also love this place just like us when you would be here. The staff helped us on our hookah, they have different flavors for choose from and you will be entertained by their sports coverage....So definitely no dull moment when you are here. Food was perfect-great taste, looked great, and plenty to eat. The place was extremely clean as well. The server was sweet and good with explaining the different menu items they had available. They also had many flavors to go with the hookah. We had passion peach flavor. This was my first time to ever have hookah, and I think it was marvelous.
First time here and honestly as soon as I walk in I realized that how good of and environment it is, Living in the valley I was totally unaware of this amazing restaurant. The food and hookah is great, lunch specials are amazingly priced. I would definitely come back here and recommend anyone who is looking for a good vibe without hurting your pocket.
Atmosphere is brilliant for a nice chilled out shisha session, go here nearlly every week pricing of the shisha isn't to bad aswell. Staff service is brilliant. Loads of shisha flavours to choose from.

The hookah is always great and the people working there are really chill. I been going to this place for just about 2 years now and never had a problem. Defiantly recommend this place.

Not only do I love that it's local but service is amazing but the food, music, and hookah is just as amazing !! I had a guest whom I took there. He loved Cyan and made me take him there everyday of the week he spent in Toronto ! I recommend the Shish kebab and the hookahs!
The music selection was interesting and not what I usually expect at a hookah bar (Lil John?) but there was an awesome Thai fighting movie on the HD-TV that amused us. Service was OK.
I get my self revived after a long day by sitting and watching a game at Cyan. Few drinks don't do any bad. And when I touch the hookah I feel somehow enthralled!
I had a great night here, they have hot and cold drinks, kebabs, calamari and signature burgers which I really loved. This is also my favorite hookah lounge here in Toronto.
