I recently purchased a central vacuum power unit for my mother (a senior) and called City Vacuum to inquire about installing the unit. I spoke with Javid to explain the situation and quickly had a good feeling that I'd called the right place. City Vacuum was my third call after our central vac stopped working and I was very impressed with both the knowledge and the honest recommendation I received from them. The owner Javid answered my questions much better and calmer than my first two choices and offered me the best product based on what I was explaining to him. He was out to remove the old unit and install the new unit within one business day and he did an excellent job in cleaning out the existing pipes and replaced some of the old outlets (which I didn't even have to ask him) that were damaged. Overall, we are very surprised at how much of a difference the new unit makes and how easy Javid made the purchase decision.
