    Horrible Customer Service!

    STAY AWAY from the Service Dept. I am a loyal Toyota customer. I scheduled an oil change at the Richmond Hill Toyota. I experienced the worst customer service. I will NEVER return to this dealership. Ironically, the website states "Richmond Hill Toyota offers a friendly environment, attractive financing options, tons of great cars and above all a customer service experience that is second to none!" I agree with the last word "none" as I experienced no customer service fit for the Toyota brand!

    High pressure sal...

    High pressure sales, the sales person, Clive Cheung, only care about selling you the car. Won't even let you see the car, not to mention test driving it. The business manager is also high pressure sales. $1,000 for rust proof? Really? I won't go there ever again to shop for my car, terrible experience. A nightmare.

    I am driving my car from Richmond Hill Toyota for a year now and everything is absolutely perfect. I purchased a car from Igor Sapojnikov and I don't think I've ever had a better salesman, seriously this guy knew his stuff. He wanted to help me based on my needs what would be ideal for me. I've had my corolla sport in for service too and each time i visit him and we just hang out and always helps me out upon checkout too! Thanks Igor!
