    as i was stranded on 401 sunday march 18 about 5:15 as my tire blew out, i called CAA and they sent me first a female worker who was friendly and advised me the spare cannot come off because of rust, so she called in a flat bed tow truck and he was there in 10 min to drive me back home to Sharbot Lake from Cobourg, very efficient workers and thanks for making me feel safe!

    Charged me two hours labour to replace a battery. Then the owner told me he didn't care about getting my repeat business because I argued about the bill. Bad business skills if you ask me.
