Beauty department manager was v rude to me, but other employees were very respectful. She needs coaching

I had to wait 20 min in line.No one called for help and then after waiting I finally get to the till and she left! I hate shoppers

The beauty section employees are very rude and un inviting. They act as if they hate their job and your presence is bothering. I usually get good service there from friendly workers but lately it has impacted me negativity.

Cold, and unfriendly pharmaceutical staff. She was rude and basically hung up on me because of her own ignorance to the situation. Gave me mis information, and acted like I was the idiot. Garbage store.

They always have everything I need and their boutique has the latest in all beauty supplies. There are often contests and there are perks often throughout the year with their optimum card. I always get amazing service and the staff have always been friendly and answer every question. They have been helpful even when I might not be purchasing that day. I shop this one more frequent because of perfume and beauty selection but all stores are great.
