Been our usual spot for about 3 years but not anymore!! Food was 45 minutes later than what we were told, no discount. When we finally got it home the eggroll was greasy as was the chicken. The chicken was also dried out.....we will not be back!

Called for tke out tonight. First time I have ever called and ordered from China House. Paid by phone via credit card. Owner/father calls back 25 minutes later says no machine and cancelling order said thanks and hang up. I tried and you failed. How do you stay open?

Love China House

My family and I absolutely LOVE the China House. Everything is so good, and I don't ever leave feeling unsatisfied, and when we do leave, we've got absolutely almost four days worth of food afterwards. Absolutely everything is wonderful and I've never had a single issue with the owners. My boyfriend and I have eaten in the restaurant itself and have had the take out so often, that I almost NEVER go anywhere else. The take out business that they've got running is absolutely awesome, it arrives SO fast and I know there's nothing wrong with the food, never once have I ever been unsatisfied with the business.

We ordered delivery....it came quickly (20min.) which should have been an indicator that it was not freshly made. There was a hair in one of the combos (on the inside of the lid) but we figured we'd give it a shot anyways (really wanted chinese food). After taking a bite we realized the food was wayyyy overcooked (burnt) and after only 2 chicken balls, was gagging. My husband called and there was no apology offered; just an offer for another meal....which neither of us were ready to stomach. This was the second bad experience we had with ordering delivery....maybe it's different when you eat in the restaurant????
