I was a long time customer with this dealership. I looked at this place like they were family but unfortunately they have really gone downhill. As for the sales manager Jamie he’s arrogant, it’s all about the money he will tell you anything to sign on the dotted line and than try to strong-arm you to not buy anywhere else even if they don’t have a vehicle to sell you. If you deal with this place make sure any deals you get are in writing or it never happened.

This review is nowhere near correct or accurate. The consumer made several comments/statements that he ended up getting caught on that were flagrant lies. Once that happened, he back pedaled quickly. By the time this transaction was complete he complimented James and Jamie for helping him out. Now this customer has the audacity to do a 1 star review because he was embarrassed by getting caught lying, so this is his only way to retaliate we guess. Too bad he felt this appropriate.

We went in from Thessalon to have our summer tires put on. When the winter tires were removed, they discovered that the brakes were shot. They did the job the same day and let us use a courtesy car so we could do all the shopping we needed to do for the Thessalon food bank. It was so appreciated. We were bracing ourselves to find

I am a dictated Ford customer and would not think about going anywhere else. I was treated exceptionally well from the time I first walked into the building till the last signature was obtained. Joey was patient (and yes I tested his patience believe me) and not once did he ever lose the smile on his face. Kiddos Joey!! Buying my third Ford was as exciting as buying my first. My name is Dylan and Today I bought a brand new 2021 Ford ranger from Highland Ford Sales Ltd. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was Greeted by the very lovely Receptionists. The Salesman Joey Tomchak was more then willing to go out of his way to help me find the truck that was right for me. He was very thorough in his explanation of all my options and ultimately got me the perfect truck. Also a big shoutout to Leila Uhlman, very friendly atmosphere and would highly reccomend.

Amazing customer service! I felt that I was treated with honesty, integrity and personable service. I selected my own vehicle and Joey made it happen. The entire process was a breeze with no stress buttons pushed. I am really happy with my new 2021 F150. I feel safe and strong knowing that I can tow my toys around with no problem. Thank you to the Staff at Highland Ford for suiting me up really nice without busting the bank!
I was very satisfied with the service from both Chris and Tamara. Even with all the difficulties and trying times we are in, both were very professional, helpful and went above to ensure I was happy with the services I received.
The staff at Highland Ford are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in the sales, service and parts departments. The courtesy car drivers are exceptional, it’s always a leisure to ride with them.
Every time I get work done, I’m very satisfied. I even went with an issue with my trailer brakes. They spent over an hour confirming that it was my trailer at fault, not the communication between my truck system and the trailer. There was no charge for their efforts. Trustworthy and efficient. I would highly recommend them for both sales and service.
I recently purchased a new 2019 Ford F-150 from Smyls Highland Ford. Right from the get-go the salesman, Andrew Addante, was courteous and attentive and he knew the product. He answered all questions and offered a test drive. They appraised my trade-in higher than another dealer and we did the deal. All other staff were also great to deal with, no mess-ups, great service, great price! I highly recommend buying from this dealership.
Highland Ford has always appreciated my business and has always respected me as well . I have been a customer since 1989 and have always had excellent work ethics and politeness from the staff. This is true even with new staff so their training must be based on the customer .
