Very poor customer service at the Kennedy Road location. The Manager was ardent in his view of what they could do to address my concerns and unwilling to listen to reason or to be reasonable, or to acknowledge my concerns and dissatisfaction. The Manager seemed to think that he was doing me a favor by shipping off my 3 month old laptop to their Markham office with an expect repair time of 3 weeks. The laptop should have been fixed onsite pursuant to the Enhanced Protection Plan. Stay away!
I have to say Canada Computer is fairly good with business conducts. Many places advertise something, but never had enough stocks to justify the hype. CC actually carry stocks for their sales items, and overall service is not bad too.
I usually shop at the Kennedy location for its convenient location. Highly recommended.
