Drop Your Drawers Coin Laundry

been supporting his small business for over a year now and today was just horrible. I usually leave my clothes to wash while I go back home across the street . Today he decided to take my clothes out the washer because supposedly someone wanted to use the washer. I told him pls don’t touch my clothes he went on to rant that it’s his store. I told him after today I’ll take my business somewhere else. I go to pick up clothes after drying he’s standing infront the dryer with my clothes in a basket

I use to like coming to this location, till I started owner picks and chooses who’s clothes to take out when taking long, very unprofessional talk about other customers business to other customers especially staff who work there. If your not a regular you dont get treated the same, the place is very dusty no social distancing and the owners don’t have anything to clean the washer and dryers after other customers touch and use them. I’m very disappointed and disgusted with the costumer service.

I love this laundry mat! It’s clean, well lit and the machines work. I used to only take my clothes hair when I had large loads. Now I come here every week. The owner stops by every day to make sure things are running smoothly and the customers are happy.

I love this place , Good customer service, clean machines, good environment and they always keep everything clean and also it not expensive. I love this place and I recommend everyone to check it out.
