Horrible customer service. Staff was not accomdating. Owner was good - however night time staff was horrible

Celebrated my parents' 87th and 80th birthdays in September, 2016 at this venue. Management and staff were amazing. Manager Vimal was so helpful. Perfect hall with separate entrance for bar and food. Check them out first, you won't be disappointed.

Celebrated our 25 Anniversary at JJ Best Western. They were able to help us plan an event on a very tight budget. The event was an unforgettable experience. The food was amazing, the service delightful. I highly recommend this place.

the place is understaffed with just two waiters, Owner/Manager very friendly when you meet up with him before the party, but when you give constructive criticism at the end becomes very rude and UN-caring. It was for a 1st birthday, service was bad, waiters filled water at tables at the beginning and then stopped gradually because the place was understaffed. Food was disgusting. Very embarrassed over the food. noodles were WAY over cooked, Meat had many bones in each bite , hard to eat with utensils , "Chili chicken" was sour. and that is just some of what i have to say about the food. there was a sticker label in the salad. Entertainment was actually very impressing . Magician was GREAT! entertained the kids and the adults. The M.C could have been better. he wasn't that great. D.j was good. ****Dont be fooled by the good hall setup***** VIdeographer is good.
