MOBILITY SAVERS wow...GREAT SERVICE and VERY HONEST PEOPLE. They really know how to fix the stuff. Have my scooter at another place and they couldn't fix it. Mobility Savers phones don't stop ringing but now I understand why they are so busy. Friendly, too.
MOBILITY SAVERS A GODSEND! I got a new power wheelchair from them. My repairs are funded by ODSP (Ontario disability program) I found Mobility Savers to be great! Unfortunately, my worker sent me to a larger supplier and I had nothing but problems. I have to basically beg my case worker for my repairs to be sent back to Mobility Savers. The other company misplaced my chair, it was worse than when I sent it in. Mobility Savers is the Best. Please keep your doors open WE NEED YOU!
My dad used to be a Head Mechanic and he only trust Mobility Savers for his scooter repairs and new equipment for the last 16 years! He doesn't trust any other company to touch his machine. Mobility Savers is not a "No Frills" but your equipment is fixed right there and done right! We have recommended so many people. It is hard to get through the phones but they're worth the wait! Dad leaves a message & they always call him back. They are Honest humble knowledgeable people that know their job!
these people made me wait 3 weeks before I got my son to go they have display and don't answer phones worst place sold me the wrong chair and fitted me wrong avoid like the plague I changed to motion spealities where 1000 times better now new owners and I find myself looking again for a better place but mobility savers don't care and I don't recommend at all
Save your hard earned money and shop around! I thought I did after receiving their name during a short hospital stay but found out too late that I had been over charged by $110.00 on an urgently needed wheelchair. "All Sales are Final". A very hard lesson learned. I do NOT recommend them and would NEVER shop there again. Extremely unsatisfied.
Thanks to MOBILITY SAVERS for all the years of service to my sister and our community! My name is Karen. My sister was diagnosed with MS in 2002. I called almost every company listed in the Toronto area. I was extremely frustrated as no one had answers, a man of one of the larger stores told me not to waste his time as soon as I told him I could not afford the power chair and hospital bed even with ADP paying the 75%. Other stores as soon as they knew that we did not have the funds to pay our 25% portion will not even return our calls. I was so lucky to see a Mobility Savers truck stopped at a red light!. I was driving and I could not write the number so I repeated 416 750 1940 almost 100 times until I got home afraid I would forget the number. I immediately called them. The lady that answered took all my sister's information, we chat for over 45 minutes. It was like talking to an old friend. Now 8 years later we still are dealing with the same lady. Over the years, they have helped many other people we know. We recommended all our friends, people we met at the doctor's appointments. A small company, ADP vendor with knowledgeable staff , in business for more than 16 years, my sister and I love them! Karen
