Professional efficient moving company. I used preferred moving for two times already. I am very pleased with thier service. All the charge was been told ahead and quoto very clearly no hidden fee. they wrap my furniture carefully.The guys are politely and flexible. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to my freids. thanks agein!

Excellent moving experience, movers are very professional, moving fast and put exactly place I want.

I used this company to move. They told me they will arrive at 9am but showed up early at 8:45am. I wasn’t there yet, but they started the clock on billing me. They quoted $300 for the first two hours and $50 for each additional 30 min increment. In total they wrote on the invoice 4 hrs which should be $500 but charged me an additional $50 for a total of $550. Then they asked me for a tip on top of overcharging me. The company was dishonest in overcharging me and that’s the worst part.

Too terrible!!! they were late and didn't apologize for damages!!! Will never use them again!!!!

bad customer service.will never hire them again. They are Late for almost one hour and no single word to explain for the late, not to mention apology. the first sentence that said by the boss Mr. Lin is " you pick a good time, I won't take the job at this time during the weekday."
