Purchased 2008 bmw was lied to by salesman Jake car has no heat will hardly stay running needs thousands of dollars in repairs was told by sales manager Michael not their problem that I should sell or scrap the car these people have no souls I would never recommend anyone deal with them ever .

Just got my brand new fully loaded 2018 CX-5, I am very happy with everyone's help at this dealership especially to the sale manager Sam, for his wonderful hospitality, knowledgeable information and after sales follow-up service. Thanks again the deal that they had offered. Will definitely refer my friends to come to shop for desired vehicle.

Altaf and Kevin were simply awesome. I have never been treated with such honesty and kindness from any car dealership. (And I've been to a few) I highly recommend Scarboro Mazda. If you live in Mississauga I advise you to come all the way to Scarborough just for the excellent customer service.

I owned different brands of car and I always read reviews before I decided to buy. I love my Mazda 3 and the main reason why I bought a Mazda it’s because I read in the reviews that their service is great. I guess it depends on the dealership. I bought my car in this particular dealer. They will treat you like a queen when you are buying a car, from the sales man to the account manager that will sell you extended warranty. They were nice and efficient. But…watch out!!! When I came back for the regular service of my car they were fine but not great at first and just recently I was taken for granted, they let my husband wait for over half an hour while the car was ready and this happen twice. We also complain about are foggy head light and did not do anything about it until the warranty runs out. So please use your judgments, if you live in Scarborough there are more Mazda dealership that you can choose from.
