The Brick Outlet

I visited the Brick Outlet in Scarborough and Abdul was my sales associate. He was very helpful from the time I entered until my product was delivered. He followed up every step of the way. I really appreciated his service and will call upon him in the future for any future purchases. It was great to work with him.

We ordered a dishwasher but when it they delivered yesterday ,the bottom part was damage,some parts were falling apart and there was a crack on top.We paid around $619.24 and it came in bad condition.The delivery driver was insisting of leaving the dishwasher and wait for replacement but,I told him that they have to deliver a dishwasher that it is in good condition.It looks like they dropped the dishwasher. The rollers on the bottom was dented.I will never go back to this place again.

I was hoping for a leather sofa but got a super comfortable large fabric sofa at a great price instead. The salesman, Abdul, really understood my needs and helped me with every detail and even got me a better price. He was enthusiastic and clearly happy to be selling furniture for the Brick. there were many glitches which he worked out each time in a timely manner. At other stores, I did not receive such a warm welcome and enthusiastic service. My sincere thanks.
