Our Inspector, Dean Fielding, is InterNACHI Certified, WETT Certified for Inspecting Wood Fuel Appliances for Insurance Purposes, IAC2 & Infrared Certified. Over 30 years experience in construction, 19 as a Licensed Carpenter. We also offer Infrared Imaging Inspections for water intrusion which can lead to uncontrolled mold growth, structural damage, bugs and damp musty odours and electrical issues including hot spots, bad breakers, crossed or shorting wires. Infrared Imaging can also be used to help identify energy loss areas of your home. We use FLIR E50 Infrared Camera and Extech MO297 moisture meters. D.J.F is a supplier and installer of woodstoves and inserts. We carry Pacific Energy & Napolean Woodstoves and inserts. Wide range of ICC Excel chimney pipe and liners.     We had Dean complete our Home inspection March 2017 We could not have asked for a more pleasant and patient person to explain their findings and concerns. The inspection was very thorough and not rushed. Dean found items that we personally would never had seen and brought them to our attention in a very relaxed and courteous way.
