STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I could give them negative stars. They don’t even deserve the one. They are extremely UNACCOUNTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The product they sold us is garbage and only want to blame us for their faulty product. Were not able to fix their product and disrespected me in my own home. He’s lucky I didn’t call the cops after kicking him out. Never have I ever dealt with a more UNPROFESSIONAL company in my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!

Our washer wasnt working and we contacted these guys to help us repair it. They claimed they couldnt repair it and stated we could get a washer from them instead it. We did and they delivered it and it turns out the washer they brought doesnt wwork either. We tried reaching out and telling them it doesnt work and that we want a refund instead. Garry was very aggressive and claimed he couldnt gIve us refund and then stopped replying. We are currently filing a claim please avoid them at all cost.

Another tech told me my LG washer was not able to repair due to no parts in Canada . Being a single mother , I did not have the money to purchase a new machine and I could not find anyone that had the door seal for my Lg Washer then someone referred me to second life . They informed me that they did have the door seal and the next day we were up and running yeah all my kids laundry can get done. These guys are awesome and I'd recommend them to everyone with an appliance problem

The day we were moving it was a holiday and we need our stove repaired I call around and no one was willing to find but these guys Tech arrived determined the issue and fixed the problem and a great price Thank you guys have them in my contact

My washer was not working and I called a few companies. These guys were the only one that would discuss the cost and explained what the possible problems could be. It was exactly as they said and the tech quickly resolved the issue and left. I am very happy and would Recommend then to friends and family

The worst service ever. Bobby tried to fix a leak in my washer for $400 and he ended up breaking the valve on the washer. This led to my floor being flooded which eventually led to me having to take off my hot water for the long weekend in my condo unit. He ruined my washer, my floors and a bunch of my good towels. Now I have to eat the loss and pay for a new washer. There are much better companies out there. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.

Sold our home and the day we were moving out my wife decided to do some final laundry . She called me freaking out the washer was leaking. I called a few companies explaining my problem and we needed the problem fixed asap as we had to be out the next day by 10am. No one but second life appliances was able to react right away and got a tech to my home within the hour. When the tech arrives he quicly found the problem and repaired it. Thanks a million guys . You the best

Just wants your money. Doesn't do a good job.

Came to fix a heating issue with the dishwasher. Said only way to test it was to run a cycle so to let him know if it was resolved after he left. The issue wasn't fixed. Scheduled 4 appointments with him and he didn't show to any of them or contact me to apologize. I would have overlooked the mess he made in my place if he would have come back to fix it, but overall my advice is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.

Do not use this company for your any kind of repair. The guy Bobby from charged us $400 to repair our fridge said that it will last 10 years it did not lasted over a month and when we contacted him he did not reply our messages or phone call. We had even broughr 450 dollar washer de om them we are also going to file compaint againt this company.

These guys "fixed" my dryer for $300 cash, it didn't work anyways. I was calling them back for over 3 weeks to come & repair it properly - they were dodging me. Twice (!) they promised to come and re-fix the dryer (the dates & time were agreed upon & I was waiting for them), but they didn't show up at all, and didn't even bother to let me know they're not coming. I'm in the process of filing an official complaint against this company to the local Customer protection authorities! SKIP THEM!
