Bikefit

I am not an avid cyclist,but would like to start.The guys at Bikefit are so helpful and professional.I have heard great things about them too from people who have bought their bikes there.Prices are more than fair.You can go back to cheap Walmart/Canadian Tire bikes after this!Excellent product knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

I picked up my older model Marin bike that was in for a tune-up yesterday. Just got back from a ride and it feels like a brand new bike! Thank you for getting it into shape for me! Allyson Slee

After years of being a good customer I finally met the true side of the owner when I attempted to return a product still under their "garuntee". He claimed severe abuse of a bmx, I claim this is how my son rides his bike. There was no conversation or open mindedness of the owner, he was mad, losing his cool and rude and kept telling me what a nice guy he was. Ha. I will never return to a store where customer service doesn't exist.

Bikefit my choice for bicycles

I chose this shop to purchase my last bike because of their knowledgeable and friendly staff. Easy to find in north end St. Catharines with free parking. The shop is deceivingly small from the street but opens up inside with balconies and lots of bikes and accessories. I used their fitting service and it made a huge difference in my riding comfort. I've been back for service once since I purchased the bike and the mechanics took care of the adjustments needed.
