Best Thai in town
Itts Thai is such a great little gem. We have been going for a number of years and always have excellent service, food and a great time. The food is always fresh and delicious every time.

Large Portions
I have been here twice. I was seated within a minute and I ordered drinks. I sat at a booth both times I was there. The waiter was very helpful in recommending what to order as I do not eat a lot of thai. On the menu you could even order how spicy you wanted it. I waited I think 20 minutes and then we had our food. i had the pad thai and a vegetable and shrimp dish. I then learned this restaurant gives LARGE sized portions so it was at least good value for your money. The serving dishes were very interesting and authentic. Overall I ended up getting atleast another 2 meals out of what I ordered. Very happy and will be back soon. :)

The Worst Customer Service I've ever Had!
This restaurant has MANY issues. Predominantly the lack of customer service. Here is what happened: 1) the server put a dirty tray on our table and then proceeded to clear dinner plates from the table next to us on it. 2) Did not clear the appetizer plates before the dinner came, so a lot of shuffling and fumbling 3) When I asked the server why my dinner lacked one of the advertized items, another staff member told me she put those items in the dish herself, and that they were there. I told her no, there were only 2 bites of this item and the dish would have been better with more of it. So she proceeded to tell me I must have mistaken the peppers as tomatoes!!!! Then proceeded to continue to argue with me in front of everyone in the restaurant until I told her she wasn't supposed to argue with customers and tell them they are wrong. 4) No apology, no manager, no discount, no nothing.

outstanding food!! I've had most of the items on the menu. If you like spicy this is the place for you! when they say medium its actually medium when they say hot its HOT! just the way I like it. Food is amazing, fresh, tasty, well priced and very fresh. The chef takes pride in every dish even though the poor guy serves pad thia all day mostly. Try something different, give the chef something to do! I love this place and they have a rewards card for frequent flyers too!! I get lunch there all the time and my 10th lunch is free! I take out of town guests there all the time too and they all love it.

Surprising and Delicious!
I've been driving by this place for a few years now and was convinced to try it by the good reviews. I was not disappointed. They have done a very nice job with the interior (minus the floor) and the food was very reasonably priced and delicious. I had pho soup to start and pad thai. Portions were very generous and I loved both. The pho soup presentation was beautiful, all of the dishes were. Give this place a try, it's worth it. We'll be going back for sure!

Great food, great service! I have been there...
Great food, great service! I have been there about 3 times already, and I love the place. Best of all, they don't use MSG in their food. The restaurant used to be a Harvey's, but they have renovated it to look great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants some authentic Thai!

Authentic thai
This is the best Thai food we have eaten in Ontario. It is flavourful, hot if requested and perfectly cooked. Service is good too. Try the red seafood curry. WOw
