Since 1999, Roberto's has been one of the most successful independent pizzerias in the Niagara Region, and is continuing to do so with its' new owners Joe and Linda Marchio. The Marchios' purchased Roberto's Pizza in March of 2009 and Joe brings with him over 30 years in the food service industry as a pastry chef and pizza maker so the transition has been very smooth. Roberto's extensive menu includes traditional, gourmet and vegetarian pizzas, deluxe steak subs, homemade meatball subs and many delectable side orders. They also allow you to customize your own pizza and dough preferences. Roberto's unique menu has been one of its biggest strengths. Joe and Linda use fresh, homemade and organic ingredients with their orders. The Marchios's recipes also include all-natural ingredients like 100% whole-wheat crusts and extra virgin olive oil as well as mozzarella, goat, feta, bocconcini and Pamagiano cheeses. Roberto's is also one of the only pizzerias in Niagara to offer their own gluten-free pizzas, providing a healthy alternative to our customers that are allergic to gluten found in most flours. As the new owners, Joe and Linda have made every attempt to provide the same friendly neighbourhood service and delectable menu items the customers of Roberto's have come to expect, that also means continuing to support various schools with their pizza days, creating specially made pizzas for business and corporate events and staying active with local organizations.
