First appt here for dating ultrasound and I was very anxious, nervous, excited and technician completely ruined it!! I left more nervous and annoyed because it was rushed, she was completely non empathetic for all the worries I had. Thought they were suppose to be reassuring, comforting, thought they were suppose to love their job. If your almost due and just doing the motions till baby comes then by all means go. Otherwise 2 thumbs down, for entire office, dont waste your time

Very uncomfortable experience! External Ultrasound tool still had gel on from previous client. She stayed in a room well I tried to climb on bed with no pants on before internal. She made faces at screen making me feel uncomfortable. Technician handed small piece of paper towel to wipe with after internal ultrasound … She did not leave the room for this. She did the job but not very professional. I am not a shy person but this appointment left me very very uncomfortable.

I just left after the worst experience. Exam room was filled with the smell of body odor. Exam room door was opened several times with the risk of exposure to anyone in the hall while I was in the middle of the exam. I had to leave the exam room with a paper sheet wrapped around my waist to empty my bladder only to meet another technician in the hall. Technicians talked to eachother in their language while pointing at the screen, which made me feel very vulnerable and disrespected.

Friendly, fast, and efficient.

Horrible experience. Ultrasound technician was very rude. She stayed in the room while I was undressing which Ive never experience. As I was getting dressed she opened the door wide and could have exposed me to anyone walking by. I was very early in my pregnancy which resulted in a miscarriage and she told me in very rude ways that there was nothing there. I left and started crying in my car because of the experience. Would never recommend

Ultrasound room very small, uninviting and gives off a sense of unprofessionalism (the probe cleaning unit? is in a closet?) Tech ripped off a piece of papertowel barely big enough to cover my clothes with; and really papertowel, what about towels or a cloth? Uncomfortable;bad 4 environment Tech had a back wedge on the table and I had to try to climb up onto the table; without a stool; and not touch the exposed area of the table with my skin! Would not recommend;would travel to Aylmer instead

excellent parking, ground floor access, no green card needed like the hospital but it stops there--the waiting room is too tiny and often crowded with sick coughing people; the technicians vary a lot--some are extremely efficient and friendly; some could not find a vein to save their soul and have no people skills; I would go to London, if I had the time; I have had much better service over there
